Susan Hutchison - Featured Artist

Our first featured artist of the year. A beautiful collection of paintings by Susan Hutchison alongside other gallery artists.

Susan Hutchison graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee in 1990.
She combines fine art painting with teaching art & design in secondary education.
Her paintings reflect the surroundings in which she lives, in particular the characters of the many different birds, mice and breeds of sheep found in the local area. She enjoys capturing their unique detail and manipulating the paint to achieve each 'portrait'.
She works from her studio in rural Perthshire, in the Carse of Gowrie.
